When installing the program to create and manage VMWare virtual computers, a virtual computer reported the error "Could not get vmci driver version: The handle is invalid. You have an incorrect version of driver “vmci.sys”. Try reinstalling VMware workstation..”
When this is the case, you access the folder containing the faulty virtual computer, you find the file with the extension (*.vmx) (the file has a 3-window icon), click your mouse. Right go to this file and choose set default program then choose Notepad.

Find the line: vmci0.present = “TRUE”
and change it to: vmci0.present = “FALSE”
then save the configuration again.
Reopening VMware should be normal.
Hope this video will help you.
Good luck!
